All warranty issues are handled by our authorised dealer network. If you have a warranty question please contact the dealer where the Patrol Mountain bicycle was originally purchased.
Spare parts are available to order via our authorised dealer network. Please contact one of our authorised stores or your local Patrol Mountain distributor.
Most error messages are simple fixes and we have prepared this blog post covering most of them. If you continue to need assistance please either speak to your local authorised Patrol Mountain dealer or contact a Shimano service centre.
